АНАЛІЗ СТАНУ РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ БУДІВЕЛЬНОГО БІЗНЕСУ УКРАЇНИ ПІД ВПЛИВОМ ПАНДЕМІЇ COVID-19
Анотація
Метою статті є дослідження впливу пандемії COVID-19 на стан розвитку підприємницької діяльності підприємств будівництва. Розглянуто основні наслідки пандемії COVID-19 для формування перспектив розвитку зазначеної галузі. У статті проведено статистичний аналіз техніко-економічних показників діяльності підприємств будівельного бізнесу України за 2019—2021 рр., серед них: обсяг виробленої будівельної продукції; індекси будівельної продукції; обсяг капітальних інвестицій у будівництво; загальна площа житлових будівель, прийнятих в експлуатацію; середньооблікова кількість штатних працівників зайнятих у будівельній галузі; середньомісячна заробітна плата у розрахунку на одного штатного працівника зайнятого у будівельній галузі. В ході виконання аналізу стану розвитку підприємств будівельної галузі визначено динаміку співвідношення обсягів виконаних будівельних робіт до кількості будівельних підприємств. Розглянуто особливості формування обсягу виробленої будівельної продукції у розрізі регіонів України та за видами, охарактеризовано розподіл обсягів виконаних будівельних робіт за характером будівництва у 2019—2021 рр. Виявлено тісний взаємозв'язок обсягу загальної площі прийнятого в експлуатацію будівництва з обсягами капітальних інвестицій в будівельний бізнес України за 2019—2021 рр.

ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Summary
The aim of the article is to study the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the state of development of business activities of construction companies. The main consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic for the formation of prospects for the development of this industry are considered. The article provides a statistical analysis of technical and economic indicators of the construction business of Ukraine for 2019—2021, among them: the volume of construction products; construction product indices; volume of capital investments in construction; the total area of residential buildings put into operation; the average number of full-time employees employed in the construction industry; average monthly salary per full-time employee employed in the construction industry. In the course of the analysis of the state of development of enterprises in the construction industry, the dynamics of the ratio of the volume of construction work performed to the number of construction enterprises was determined. The dynamics of the volume of construction products produced by construction companies of Ukraine was analyzed using the statistical method "Time Series" and determined the absolute growth, growth rate, the absolute value of one percent growth, the average level and the average growth rate of the analyzed indicator. The peculiarities of the formation of the volume of construction products in terms of regions of Ukraine and by types are considered, the distribution of the volume of construction work by the nature of construction in 2019—2021 is characterized. The close relationship between the volume of the total area of commissioned construction and the volume of capital investment in the construction business of Ukraine for 2019—2021 was revealed. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of the total area of residential buildings, which was put into operation by type and by region for 2019—2021. The dynamics of the index of construction products by months and periods of 2019—2021 is analyzed, the indices of construction products by types (buildings, structures) in % to the previous year are determined.
